Refund & Returns Policy
Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your product delivery date, we unfortunately cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must be in the original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Non-Returnable Items
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned:
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, newspapers, magazines)
- Intimate or sanitary goods
- Hazardous materials
- Flammable liquids or gases
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software
- Certain health & personal care items
Partial Refunds (if applicable)
Partial refunds may be granted in the following cases:
- Books with obvious signs of use
- Opened CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette, or vinyl record
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error
- Any return made after 7 days from delivery
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within a few working days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company as posting delays may occur.
- Contact your bank—processing time varies.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.
To request an exchange for the same item, email us at care@vizomobile.com and send your product to:

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. After receiving the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or the giver had it shipped to themselves, the refund will be issued to the gift giver.

For high-value returns, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
